Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment or missed appointments will incur a charge of £1 per minute of your scheduled time.

If a deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable if you fail to attend or cancel within 48 hours’ notice period

No further appointments will be made until any outstanding fees are settled in full.

Important: To manage appointments effectively, cancellations must be made by phone during our normal working hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:30am – 5:30pm (closed 1pm – 2pm for lunch).

We do not accept cancellations by email or over the weekend.
